Shipping and returns policy
All UK orders are sent out using UPS next day delivery service. Repairs are sent out using Royal Mail Tracked 48 Hour delivery service. An email will be sent out to you with a tracking number and link so that you can follow your Humptie all the way home.
We ship to all over the world. Our Humpties will be sent out via International Royal Mail Tracked service. International shipping incurs additional charges please email email@example.com for a quote prior to ordering. An email to tell you they have been shipped will be sent out as your order leaves us along with a tracking number. Your Humptie should arrive within 7-10 working days of leaving us. Customs and import duties may be applied to International orders when the shipment reaches its destination. Such charges are the responsibility of the recipient and vary from country to country.
Only when you are happy, can we be. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your Humptie, you can return it to us in an unused condition and in the original packaging for a refund or exchange by filling in the paperwork that arrived with your order (postage will not be refunded). Once the Humptie arrives back with us, you will be notified and your return will be processed. *Please note that refunds can take up to 14-21 days to reach your account.
EXCHANGE/ REFUND PAPER WORK NEEDS TO BE COMPILED.
Some small print, Humpties need to be returned within 28 days, unused ,which is pretty standard stuff. *Disclaimer: Although we provide a freepost address for use within the UK, we recommend that customers send their parcels using a tracked service as we are not liable to cover the cost of loss or damage to parcels that are sent using our freepost service.
Returning items from abroad will be at the cost of the customer. Please be sure to ship the package with a carrier that can provide tracking and insurance. Humpties Ltd cannot replace packages lost during return shipment if proof of tracking is unavailable.
